True are partnering with a well-established mechanical services contractor known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and upgrade projects for major end-user clients across London and the Southeast. With strong growth and a secure pipeline of mechanical works, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will lead the delivery of mechanical installations including piping systems, air source heat pumps, heating systems, LTHW/chilled water pipework, ventilation connections, and primary plant integration. Working across operational, live environments, you will oversee the programme, manage the supply chain, ensure technical compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

We are looking for a mechanically biased Contracts Manager who can take ownership of delivery, present well in client-facing situations, and work collaboratively with senior leadership, QS teams, and subcontractors.
