A highly respected architecture and design studio is seeking a skilled and ambitious Lead/Associate Interior Designer to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead high-end residential projects across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and develop design concepts for high-end residential projects.
• Allocate resources, brief teams, and ensure project objectives are met through regular reviews of schedules, design packages, FF&E proposals, and financials.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller projects, preparing programmes aligned with payment schedules and monitoring timesheets to identify resourcing or budget issues.
• Support and guide the design team, inspiring, problem‑solving, mentoring staff on design standards, materials, documentation quality, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with Directors to refine pitch styles, maintain standards, and balance workloads, while staying informed about industry trends through supplier meetings and trade fairs.

Qualifications

• At least eight years’ experience on large-scale, high-end projects.
• Strong practical skills, deep knowledge of FF&E and technical design.
• Excellent client‑facing abilities and confidence presenting ideas.
• Creativity, initiative, flexibility, organisation, and a positive attitude.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and delivering high‑quality work under pressure.
