This is a high-impact, end-to-end role, sitting at the centre of pre-construction, design and operations. You’ll act as the single point of contact across pre-construction, leading mechanical input into bids, shaping technical solutions, and ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery from day one. • Coordinate design input, ensuring solutions are practical and buildable
  • Advise design teams using hands-on installation knowledge
  • Support projects through to delivery, working alongside operations teams
  • Ensure technical scopes, costs and programme align from concept to site

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong mechanical background within M&E / building services contractors
  • Experience across pre-construction, design coordination or contracts/project management
  • Good understanding of costing, tendering and technical scopes
  • Ability to bridge the gap between design and installation
  • Hands-on knowledge of how systems are delivered on site
  • Confident communicator able to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
