FF&E Procurement Cordinator

Our client is seeking a meticulous and highly organised FF&E Procurement Co-ordinator to join their dynamic design team, which delivers exceptional, bespoke hospitality projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. With celebrated restaurants already established worldwide, the company is entering an exciting growth phase, expanding both in existing markets and into new continents. The design team, renowned for creating imaginative and immersive environments, plays a key role in upholding the brand’s distinctive, joyful approach to hospitality.

This role will be focused on supporting procurement, logistics, and administration throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include processing all FF&E and construction orders and invoicing, coordinating shipping and logistics and maintaining accurate project schedules, budgets, and timelines. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as Design, Construction, and Finance, as well as with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth installation and resolution of any delivery or snagging issues.

You should have at least three years of experience in procurement, finance, or logistics, ideally within the interiors industry. A strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes is essential, along with excellent Excel and data management skills. Experience with construction or FF&E procurement is a major plus, and although this is not a creative role, you will need to be familiar with materials, suppliers, and industry best practices.
