This role carries significant responsibility, representing the company to clients and partners while managing multiple design projects from concept to completion. The Associate must have strong experience in interior architecture and design management across hospitality projects, with a passion for creative excellence and deep knowledge of both design and project delivery.
Working closely with the Principal, the Associate sets the overall design vision, leads and mentors teams, and ensures consistency across all project stages. They are accountable for maintaining client relationships and overseeing the creative, operational, and financial success of their studio, combining leadership with strong business and project management skills.
The Associate will manage delivery from start to finish, overseeing budgets, contracts, and quality control. Acting as a senior client contact, they will build partnerships, pursue new business opportunities, and represent the studio’s creative capabilities externally. In addition to project responsibilities, the Associate will provide studio leadership by supporting recruitment, mentoring, and daily operations.
