With a growing presence across Europe and a strong pipeline of data centre projects, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Supervisor to support delivery in Frankfurt on a rotational basis.
As Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a key role in the on-site delivery of complex data centre projects, overseeing mechanical installations including pipework, cooling systems and associated infrastructure. Working within a high-performing project team, you will ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards expected within mission-critical environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge European data centre schemes, with full support, structured rotation, and long-term project security.
Mechanical Supervisor Package:
- €90,000-€100,000 Salary (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical installations on data centre projects in Frankfurt
- Oversee pipework, cooling systems and associated plant installations
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure all works meet H&S, quality and programme requirements
- Support commissioning and handover processes
- Report into Project Management team on progress and site performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical background within building services / MEP contractors
- Experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects preferred
- Hands-on experience with pipework, cooling systems or plant installations
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Engineer
- Able to work on a rotational basis in Frankfurt
- Proactive, organised and confident working within high-performance site teams
