A globally recognised architecture and interior design studio has arrived in London. Originally established in NYC and renowned for delivering exceptional bespoke residences, this internationally respected studio has recently launched its first London office in Knightsbridge. They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to become a key part of their growing London team. This is a rare opportunity to join the studio at the very beginning of its UK expansion, working on beautifully crafted, high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.

Salary: £70,000–£80,000

You’ll take ownership of luxury residential projects, combining strong technical expertise with creative design thinking and confident project leadership. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects from concept through to completion
  • Developing bespoke interior architecture, joinery and architectural detailing
  • Producing detailed AutoCAD drawing packages for contractors and joiners
  • Managing site activity, contractors, consultants and suppliers
  • Overseeing Contract Administration (CA) throughout construction
  • Coordinating project programmes, documentation and technical delivery
  • Sourcing materials, finishes and FF&E to support the design vision
  • Representing the studio confidently in client-facing and site environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering luxury residential interiors
  • A strong technical background with excellent detailing and construction knowledge
  • Extensive on-site experience managing construction phases
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
