True are partnering with an industry leading UK & Ireland main contractor, renowned for delivering multi-million-pound projects across a wide variety of sectors. With a turnover exceeding £1bn and an extensive secured pipeline, they’re now looking to appoint a Building Services Manager to oversee high-profile schemes across London.
As Building Services Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design-and-build subcontract packages, with a preference for a mechanical bias. You’ll manage delivery from design coordination through to commissioning, ensuring technical compliance, quality, safety, programme, and budget targets are met. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a role for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver without extensive onboarding. While on-site presence is essential, occasional flexibility for home working may be available.
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive professional with a proven track record in managing high-value projects who thrives in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

- £65,000–£85,000+ basic salary (DOE)
- £5K car allowance
- Private healthcare
- 31+ days annual leave (plus additional service days)
- Immediate start available
- Major, long-term project portfolio
- Direct reporting to senior leadership and real influence on delivery
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 4 years’ direct experience as a Building Services Manager with a main contractor, holding sole responsibility for MEP delivery
- Proven track record on high-value projects (£10M+)
- Strong technical knowledge, ideally with a mechanical background
- Excellent understanding of technical submittals, compliance, and coordination processes
- Ability to work independently without constant oversight
