True are partnering with a well-established mechanical services contractor known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and upgrade projects for major end-user clients across London and the Southeast. With strong growth and a secure pipeline of mechanical works, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.
As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of mechanical installations including piping systems, air source heat pumps, heating systems, LTHW/chilled water pipework, ventilation connections, and primary plant integration. Working across operational, live environments, you’ll oversee the programme, manage the supply chain, ensure technical compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
We’re looking for a mechanically biased Contracts Manager who can take ownership of delivery, present well in client-facing situations, and work collaboratively with senior leadership, QS teams, and subcontractors.
Mechanical Contracts Manager Package:- £75,000–£80,000 basic salary (DOE)

- Ability to work independently on site while supporting wider project teams
