Associate Interior Designer

Job Description An exceptional architecture and interior design studio renowned for their luxury hospitality projects are looking to appoint an Associate level Interior Designer to join their mid-sized, multidisciplinary team. Known for delivering projects from concept through to completion, the studio crafts immersive environments that blend aesthetics, function, and brand storytelling. They are currently looking for an Associate to take a leading role in the design development phase of projects, particularly at RIBA Stage 3. This role is ideal for someone who excels at taking a client’s creative direction and evolving it into a fully realised design vision that is both operationally sound and ready for technical development. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between concept and detail, ensuring the design intent is maintained while developing spatial layouts, materials palettes, and FF&E schemes with precision and intent. With a strong background in hospitality interiors, you’ll be comfortable working on complex environments such as spas, restaurants, or guest areas.
