As Senior Brand Manager, you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering brand strategy across a portfolio of brands operating in different channels and market contexts. Reporting to the Head of Brand Management, you will translate long-term brand and portfolio direction into clear strategies, annual plans and high-impact brand programmes. This role carries accountability for how brands perform, how they are positioned, and how they show up in the market. You will set direction, guide priorities and ensure brand activity is aligned, consistent and commercially effective across the UK and Ireland.

You will work closely with teams across Customer Marketing, Digital, Creative, Insights, PR and Commercial, bringing everything together so that our activity is aligned, effective and built around what our audiences actually need.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience in brand, marketing or category roles, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or home improvement.
  • A strong understanding of how to build brands that genuinely connect with people, not just communicate messages.
  • Proven ability to lead brand strategy as well as delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with evidence of delivering brand-led growth or improved ROI.
  • Confidence using insight and data to shape decisions and improve performance over time.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while keeping a clear sense of direction.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills that help bring ideas to life.
  • A collaborative approach that builds trust and helps teams work better together.
