TRUDON is a French luxury brand, founded in 1643 and formerly official supplier of the French royal court. To this day, Maison Trudon has developed a strong savoir-faire in developing sophisticated interior scents in various forms, principally candles as well as an acclaimed line of fine fragrances. We are looking for Sales Associates to support the team at Selfridges.
People Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the store sales, providing a remarkable service to all, supporting the management team, and representing the brand and image.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and maintenance of the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Network in the community to drive sales and traffic to the boutique.
- Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Partner closely with Store Manager and HQ to drive sales goals and support team trainings.
Operational Responsibilities
- Contribute to operations, such as stock control and inventories.
- Process customer transactions at the cash desk.
- Receive and process deliveries, including prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients.
