Job Description
Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter
£29,870 per annum (increasing to £36,000 upon successful competition of training)
Full Time, permanent up to 44 hours per week.
We have a new role available for someone who is keen to start a new career path.
Upon joining as a Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician, you’ll receive full training, uniform, and a fully equipped company van, complete with everything you need to thrive in your new role. You’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet inspections, tyre repairs and replacements.

We continue to support your development with hands-on training alongside experienced technicians at your depot. This practical experience will include:
- Tyre Repairs and Management
- Vehicle Operations
- Life Saving Rules
Once you are qualified and become a Commercial Tyre Technician, your duties will include:
- Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site service.
- Carry out fleet inspections and service work.
- Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Manage stock effectively.
- Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to support customers.
- Participate in on-call rota and flexible working patterns as required.
What You’ll Receive
- Bonuses and call-out fees once fully qualified (OTE up to £41,000)
- Industry recognised REACT Training.
- 28 days (246.5 hours) holiday (including bank holidays) with additional holidays for long service.
