What Your Training Will Involve

New technicians will receive full training, a uniform, and a fully equipped company van. You will gain hands-on experience in fleet inspections, tyre repairs and replacements. There is a 2-week classroom-based induction in Tamworth starting 6 October, with hotel stays, travel, and other training expenses covered.

Responsibilities and Development

  • Gain hands-on experience in tyre repairs, fleet inspections, and replacements
  • Work on a call-out rota once fully qualified, covering a variety of hours and locations within your depot region
  • Continue development with hands-on training alongside experienced technicians at your depot
