Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter

£28,011 per annum (increasing to £32,000 upon successful competition of training)

Full Time, permanent up to 44 hours per week.

We have a new role available for someone who is keen to start a new career path.

Upon joining as a Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician, you\’ll receive full training, uniform, and a fully equipped company van, complete with everything you need to thrive in your new role. You\’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet inspections, tyre repairs and replacements.

We continue to support your development with hands-on training alongside experienced technicians at your depot. This practical experience will include:

• Tyre Repairs and Management
• Vehicle Operations
• Life Saving Rules

Once you are qualified and become a Commercial Tyre Technician, your duties will include:

• Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site service.
• Carry out fleet inspections and service work.
• Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Manage stock effectively.
• Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to support customers.
• Participate in on-call rota and flexible working patterns as required.
