Commercial Tyre Depot Manager
From ÂŁ42,300 per annum (OTE up to ÂŁ44,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications)
Average 44 hours per week, permanent.

The role:
Tructyre has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Tyre Depot Manager. As Depot Manager, you will Share Tructyre’s passion for engagement, building strong relationships across the depot network and the wider business.
- Provide effective leadership to a team of Commercial Tyre Technicians in challenging situations and critical timeframes.
- Assist in the day-to-day tasks of the depot as and when required including HR based tasks such as employee engagement, skill development, and addressing knowledge gaps.
- Manage the allocation of workload, ensuring efficient resource management within the team.
- Generate key reports for the depot and provide regular updates to the Regional Operations Manager on team performance and operational activities.
- Drive the overall commercial performance of the depot, contributing to business growth and success.
- Comfortably handle customer-facing responsibilities, including participating in bidding/tendering for new business and conducting service reviews in collaboration with the Commercial team or Account managers.

What we are looking for:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Full and valid UK Driver\’s License.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and challenges.
- Prior experience in commercial/truck tyre fitting leadership role.
- License to Fit, REACT, or City & Guilds training.
