Customer Service Advisor (Nights) Gateshead £32,426 per annum Full Time, working 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Sunday between 8pm - 8am. Join our team at Tructyre and put your customer service skills to work in a role where every call matters. We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our busy Customer Experience Centre (CEC). If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

The Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Taking inbound customer calls and creating work requests.
  • Making outbound calls to depots to schedule jobs and provide updates.
  • Producing accurate invoices using our internal systems and customer platforms.
  • Resolving queries and complaints with ownership and urgency.
  • Communicating across phone, email, and customer portals.
  • Meeting individual and team KPIs such as call handling, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Essential: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident using computer systems (including Microsoft Excel).
  • Experience handling high volumes of calls in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Desirable: Experience working with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Previous call centre or office admin experience.
  • Knowledge of UK geography and mapping systems.
