Commercial Fleet Inspector £35,100 & bonus. Full time, permanent. Average 44 hours per week. Flexible hours working earlies, lates and weekends.
As a Commercial Fleet Inspector, you will receive a company van for commuting and everything you need to succeed in your role. You’ll take charge of inspecting customer fleets, ensuring vehicles are safe and compliant, and planning your tasks around your assigned portfolio. Whether it’s conducting inspections, identifying maintenance needs, or liaising with customers and colleagues, your contributions will keep Britain’s fleets running smoothly. At Tructyre, your safety is our priority, and we’re committed to supporting your success. This is a flexible role. The area expected to cover will be quite large so you must be willing to travel.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and schedule fleet inspections within monthly/quarterly cycles.
- Identify defects and maintenance needs to ensure fleet safety and compliance.
- Build effective working relationships with customers, Tyre Technicians, Area Sales Managers, and Depot Managers.
- Maintain high service levels and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Right to Work in the UK and a full UK driver’s licence.
- Experience in a commercial vehicle tyre role (e.g., Commercial Tyre Technician) or similar.
- Expert knowledge of tyre husbandry and maintenance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and working hours.
