What You’ll Do
- Deliver professional tyre fitting and maintenance services to customers in line with service level agreements.
- Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns, ensuring timely and effective support (day or night).
- Complete job cards, fleet inspections, and all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment to a high standard of care and safety.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet customer and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown) is desirable, but not essential.
- Interest in developing a career in tyre fitting, with a strong focus on customer service (full training provided).
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Confidence using digital tools such as tablets or computers.
- Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
Important Information:
- Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across multiple UK locations.
- Overtime, Callouts and Weekend Work may be required.
- Full training provided, including a City & Guilds qualification.
- Competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000 OTE).
