What You’ll Do

  • Conduct tyre inspections at customer sites in line with service level agreements.
  • Gather and assess tyre data to identify performance and safety improvements.
  • Recommend and coordinate remedial actions with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service coordinators to ensure timely and effective follow‑up actions.
  • Manage workload to meet monthly inspection targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor product performance to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in transport, automotive, or a customer‑facing role (B2B experience desirable).
  • Knowledge of commercial tyres or vehicles is beneficial but not essential (full training provided).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Confident using IT systems and digital tools.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE level or equivalent desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.
