This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in King's Lynn. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with the workshop team, and managing the aftersales process. The Service Advisor will also handle administrative duties related to service and repairs.

TruckEast Ltd. is an established Scania dealer operating commercial vehicle workshops. Representing the Scania brand, we provide premium quality new and used vehicles across the eastern counties of England. With 13 dealer points, we offer convenient access to a one-stop-shop for servicing, repairs, and maintenance for all makes of HGV, passenger vehicles, vans, agricultural and industrial vehicles. Our branches ensure local access to essential service and specialist aftersales support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling aftersales processes, ideally in an HGV environment
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally knowledge and experience using Keyloop
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a plus
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
