The Role – Working on a Premium Fleet
This isn’t just another workshop role. You’ll be working on a modern, highly specified fleet including Volvo, Scania, and MAN HGVs, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across our HGV fleet
- Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment and software
- Ensuring all vehicles meet DVSA and company compliance standards
- Working across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Completing job cards and maintenance records accurately
- Supporting with breakdowns when required to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified HGV Technician / Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience working on HGVs in a workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
- Experience with manufacturer systems (Volvo, Scania, MAN desirable)
- HGV Class 1 or 2 licence (advantageous, not essential)
- A proactive, team-focused approach with high standards of workmanship
