Key Responsibilities- Service, maintain and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards in the workshop
- Carry out accurate fault finding and diagnostics using dealer level diagnostic equipment
- Attend roadside breakdowns and complete safe, efficient repairs when taking part in the callout rota
- Complete job cards, inspection sheets and compliance records accurately
- Work closely with the workshop and service teams to meet daily targets and customer expectations
- Follow all health and safety procedures and workshop processes at all times
- Take part in ongoing technical development and manufacturer training
- Up to £60,000 per year DOE
