Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards in the workshop
  • Carry out accurate fault finding and diagnostics using dealer level diagnostic equipment
  • Attend roadside breakdowns and complete safe, efficient repairs when taking part in the callout rota
  • Complete job cards, inspection sheets and compliance records accurately
  • Work closely with the workshop and service teams to meet daily targets and customer expectations
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and workshop processes at all times
  • Take part in ongoing technical development and manufacturer training
