Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on Experience
Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-2pm

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our experienced team and work alongside our Automotive division.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- Building and nurturing candidate and client relationships.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
- Conducting candidate interviews and screening.
- Creating engaging job adverts.
- Account managing existing clients and developing new business.
- Managing your own desk and workload.
What we're looking for:
- Previous recruitment, sales, account management or similar experience.
- Someone confident, driven and resilient.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people.
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working autonomously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour!
- Recruitment experience is preferred, but personality, attitude and ambition matter just as much. Full training and support will be provided.
