Tru Talent is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Manager to join our client’s Quality & Compliance Team in Waterlooville on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to go permanent. You will lead clinical practice across services, driving governance, safeguarding and person-centred care for residents with complex needs.
Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will guide teams, provide supervision and training, and ensure adherence to CQC standards while promoting continuous improvement.
