The Role
We are hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician to service, maintain, and repair HGV trailers across the West Midlands. You will diagnose faults, complete compliance checks, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform trailer servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Diagnose and fix faults using HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE.
- Complete compliance documentation accurately.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and meet deadlines.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience with HGV trailers or heavy vehicles.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance.
Desirable:
- HGV Class 1 licence, IRTEC accreditation, EBS diagnostics experience.
- Welding certification, axle system training (BPW, SAF, JOST).
