Location: Heathrow
Salary: £31,000 + £15.00 shift allowance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotating shifts - 06:00-15:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 08:00-17:00

About the Role
Tru Talent is recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client's team in Heathrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy and professional parts department, providing excellent customer service while supporting technicians and ensuring the smooth running of the operation.
The ideal candidate will have strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills and previous experience within a dealership or automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to retail, wholesale and internal customers
- Assist technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Answer telephone enquiries and assist customers with their parts requirements
- Check, order, receive and manage stock
- Track incoming and outgoing parts accurately
- Source parts from alternative suppliers when required
- Ensure all parts are correctly billed and payments are processed
- Package and return parts to manufacturers
- Use parts manuals and systems to identify the correct parts
- Maintain an organised and efficient parts department
- Work closely with the wider team to keep customer vehicles on the road
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate and confident using technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience using Kerridge/Autoline or similar systems is desirable
