Salary: £60,000 - £78,000 OTE

Hours: 50 hours per week (including paid breaks) | Monday to Friday | 7am - 5pm

Location: Harrow

We are looking for a skilled Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager / General Manager to take full operational responsibility for a fast‑paced and successful accident repair centre. This is a key leadership role, focusing on team motivation, customer satisfaction, and driving profitable performance.

This position suits someone with strong commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to get the best from a team in a structured, process‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial results in line with budgeted targets
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Control site costs, labour, and materials to maximise profitability
  • Manage work provider and supplier relationships to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, PAS125, and manufacturer repair standards
  • Oversee company processes, workflows, and performance management
  • Take ownership of the full customer journey, delivering exceptional service from booking to handover
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing a successful team in a vehicle body repair or accident repair centre
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, team development, and recruitment
  • Audatex experience is desirable
  • Familiarity with modern bodyshop management systems (desirable)
  • Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence required
