Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 plus one in four Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00

What you will do:
- Book vehicles into the workshop to match capacity and customer availability
- Deal with customers face to face and by phone, keeping them updated on times and costs
- Produce accurate job card estimates, invoices and warranty paperwork
- Identify additional work and convert opportunities professionally and ethically
- Liaise with parts and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and on time repairs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up where needed
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar role in a dealership
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational ability and accuracy with job cards and paperwork
- Commercial awareness and confidence discussing additional work with customers
- Kerridge experience advantageous but not essential
