The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join a leading, modern bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a similar accident repair or bodyshop background who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and working to manufacturer standards.

You will be working in a state-of-the-art environment, using modern tools and techniques to restore vehicles to the highest possible standard.

What you'll be doing as the Panel Beater:

  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
  • Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer and factory specifications
  • Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged vehicle panels and parts
  • Using welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools to reshape and fit panels
  • Repairing dents and imperfections using fillers and sanding techniques
  • Aligning body parts for accurate assembly and fit
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Staying up to date with the latest repair techniques and industry standards

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair role within a busy bodyshop
  • Recognised apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ / ATA / SVQ or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques for both minor and major damage
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • A reliable, self-motivated team player with a focus on achieving bonus targets
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship consistently
