Your daily duties as an HGV Technician / Mechanic
Service and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards
Diagnose vehicle faults accurately using modern diagnostic equipment
Complete detailed service and repair records promptly
Work closely with parts and workshop teams to ensure quick vehicle turnaround
Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance on every job
What you need to succeed
Proven experience as an HGV Technician, Mechanic, or LGV Fitter
Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance and Repair
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Team player with a proactive approach
Desirable but not essential
Full UK HGV Class 1 or 2 licence
Experience working in main dealer or fleet workshop environments
