Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:- Assist customers in selecting suitable mobility equipment.
- Handle phone inquiries promptly and proactively.
- Demonstrate equipment, including lifting items into car boots.
- Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
- Show patience and understanding when dealing with customers, many of whom are elderly or disabled.
- A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
