Tru Talent are excited to be expanding and are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our team of highly skilled experienced 360 recruiters. The role will be working alongside the Head of our Automotive Division, supporting with the day to day running of our fast paced and ever growing temporary desk, working with both candidates, clients and businesses across the private sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates directly and proactively, whilst leveraging your own network, social media, networking websites and other social recruitment channels such as events.
- Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations.
- Build and nurture internal and external relationships.
- Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal system to accurately track applications through to completion.
- Create and adapt job adverts to align to your client's requirements.
- Account manage all existing clients by providing exceptional service.
- Develop new business opportunities within your specific sector.
- Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
- Keeping up with legislation and new trends within recruitment.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager / Candidate Resourcer or Sales Agent.
- Experience working in a Sales or Target driven environment.
- Ability to show resilience.
- Confident with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships.
- Full training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
