Office Manager Location: Bournemouth Salary: £35,000-£45,000pa Hours: Monday - Friday - Full Time Our client is a growing and well-established property services business based in Bournemouth, and they are looking for an experienced and organised Office Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination experience who enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy office. You will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently, supporting customers, contractors and the wider team. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach. Experience within property services, construction, maintenance or a similar industry would be highly desirable. You will join a supportive and experienced team with clear processes in place, offering excellent long-term career progression and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager: Oversee the day-to-day running and smooth operation of the office Coordinate schedules, workloads and administrative processes Act as a key point of contact for customers, contractors and suppliers Manage customer enquiries and provide a high level of customer service Coordinate appointments, site visits and contractor diaries Support the wider team with project and operational administration Maintain accurate records, documentation and internal systems Prepare reports, correspondence and general office documentation Monitor outstanding jobs, enquiries and actions to ensure they are followed up Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure work is progressing efficiently Assist with invoicing, purchase orders and general financial administration where required Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency Support the management team with day-to-day operational requirements What we're looking for from the Office Manager: Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Operations Coordinator or similar Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Excellent customer service skills Competent using Microsoft Office and internal business systems Experience within property services, construction, maintenance or a similar environment is desirable Confident working independently and as part of a team A positive, professional and hands-on approach If you're an organised and proactive professional looking for a varied Office Manager role within a growing property services business, we'd love to hear from you.
