We're looking for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a similar bodyshop or accident repair background who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working with the latest tools and repair techniques, you'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while contributing to a high-performing team.
What you'll be doing as the Panel Beater:
- Carrying out high-quality accident repairs in line with manufacturer and customer standards
- Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged panels
- Using welding equipment, dent pulling tools, and filler techniques
- Aligning panels and components to ensure a precise fit
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Keeping up to date with modern repair methods and industry standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar Panel Beater / Panel Technician role within a busy bodyshop
- Recognised apprenticeship in Panel Beating or Vehicle Body Repair
- NVQ Level 3 / ATA accreditation
