Our client is seeking a talented Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager Bodyshop Controller / General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their high-performing bodyshop. This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving strong site profitability by motivating, supporting, and leading the team to deliver top-quality repairs on time, every time.
The successful candidate will actively manage the full customer journey, ensuring an exceptional service from the first booking to vehicle return.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager Bodyshop Controller / General Manager:
Deliver financial results in line with agreed budget targets
Manage site resources and costs to maximise capability and profitability
Effectively manage work provider and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, PAS125, and manufacturer standards
Oversee company processes and structured performance management
Maintain a professional and confident presence while engaging with customers and staff
Skills and Qualifications for a Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager Bodyshop Controller / General Manager:
Proven experience in performance management and staff leadership
Understanding of HR policies and recruitment procedures
Audatex experience is essential
Ideally experienced with modern management systems and printed estimating packages (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
