Administrator – Payments & Data Location: Egham Hourly Rate: £13.75ph Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am–17:00pm Temporary to Permanent  The Opportunity Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator – Payments & Datato join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who enjoys working with voluminous data, systems and records. The role is predominantly administrative, with an element of payment processing and reconciliation. What you'll be doing as the Administrator – Payments & Data: Processing and recording payment information Printing, preparing and processing large volumes of correspondence on a daily basis Reviewing incoming information and documentation to ensure records are complete and accurate Screening, quality-checking and mailing outgoing letters to ensure accuracy and compliance Updating systems, databases and customer records Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Producing reports and spreadsheets Investigating and resolving discrepancies Monitoring outstanding information and follow up where required Prioritising daily workloads to ensure time-sensitive communications are issued promptly Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer information and correspondence What we’re looking for from the Administrator – Payments & Data: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when dealing with large volumes of wor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment Excellent written communication skills and customer service experience Able to balance speed and accuracy while meeting daily targets and deadlines Comfortable carrying out duties that require a regular on-site presence due to printing, screening and mailing responsibilities Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organisational and time-management skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team Current DBS check or willingness to apply Click ‘Apply Now’ to take the next step in your career.
