Tru Recruitment are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Audio Secretary to join a law firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of legal terminology and procedures. This role is essential in providing administrative support to a partner of the business. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and audio typing support. Draft, format, and proof read legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing incoming correspondence. Requirements Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative/audio typist role within a legal or professional environment is preferred. Strong audio typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
