ODEON is seeking an energetic supervisor to lead a team of Cinema Hosts across shifts, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced cinema environment with Costa Coffee operations.
You will oversee retail, ticketing, ushering and food service, ensure brand standards, maintain safety and cleanliness, run shift briefings, and coach staff to grow skills and progression. Training provided; evenings, weekends and late shifts required.
