  • Monitor global audit trends and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders— including Product Engineering, Professional Services, and other key teams—to enable sales strategy execution and drive both revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Champion innovation and operational excellence, continuously improving sales processes and team effectiveness.
  • Represent Thomson Reuters externally, building relationships with industry associations and key stakeholders across regions.

Accountabilities

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop regional managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring talent readiness across all regions.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver revenue targets across multiple geographies, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including emerging regions and customer segments.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and customer-centric solutions.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across regions.

Key Deliverables

  • A high-performing, engaged sales organization with strong leadership bench strength.
  • Accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Documented market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product and sales strategy.
