Associate Client Executive
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on supporting growth by nurturing, building, and expanding relationships with our client base.
The position involves working with existing small and mid-tier accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted adviser for our customers.
About The Role:
As an Associate Client Executive at Thomson Reuters, you will:
- Manage the client renewal schedule, ensuring contracts are issued and closed on time, meeting sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Specialist to engage the wider Account Team when clients seek to expand or express concerns at renewal.
- Implement Account Plans and serve as the contact for accounts with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Regularly communicate with clients to confirm satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to meet sales objectives and performance goals.
- Ensure invoices are understood, reconciled, and disputes resolved collaboratively with the AR Team and clients.
- Oversee new client onboarding, training, and support.
