We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will oversee a team of 10 and be responsible for a turnover of approximately £10 million. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence over strategy, operations, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 contractor sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute the contractor sales strategy to drive sustainable growth.
  • Oversee a £15 million sales turnover, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractor clients.
  • Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement innovative sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
