An established and highly regarded manufacturer within the HVAC and building controls sector is looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for its UK warehouse operation. This is a hands-on management position, responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent service levels to customers.

The Role

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and distribution operation
  • Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team
  • Oversee goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and inventory control
  • Manage workload and resource planning to meet customer demand
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
