About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Site Services Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be based somewhere that allows easy commuting between London and the South Coast.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting installations
- Filling your own diary with site visits in your patch
- Traveling between sites (travel time counts as part of the working day)
- Occasionally assisting with warranty work at office
- Completing site summaries and reports
Expectations
- Predominantly on-site, 4 out of 5 days a week
- Minimum 6 hours on-site per day, plus travel
- Hands-on engineering, not just management
- Laptop and site tools provided
Commissioning Engineers duties
- Proven experience as a senior engineer on the tools
- Strong commissioning background within Air Conditioning VRV / VRF
- Comfortable traveling across your patch
- Blue-collar, practical mindset — ready to solve problems on-site
Commissioning Engineers package
- £50,000 salary + company van or car allowance
- Flexible hybrid/home working for up to 3 days (in the future as team grows)
- Travel included in your day, with potential time in lieu for longer journeys
- Hands-on, dynamic role with scope for growth
