We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven B2C Sales Executive to join our team and help homeowners make the switch to clean, efficient heat pump systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing warm inbound leads and following up on qualified sales opportunities
- Conducting virtual and in-person consultations with homeowners
- Explaining the benefits of air source and ground source heat pumps clearly and confidently
- Preparing tailored proposals and guiding customers through the sales process
- Working with our technical and installation teams to ensure smooth handover
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to company growth
- Keeping up to date with available grants, incentives (e.g. Boiler Upgrade Scheme), and market trends
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2C sales (home improvements, renewable energy, or heating systems a bonus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and digital tools
- Full UK driving licence (if field-based)
