We’re looking for a Technical Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead procurement operations, building strong supplier relationships, optimising costs, and ensuring high-quality components for our innovative heat pumps.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the procurement function across mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components.
  • Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers, negotiating contracts and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
  • Establish robust procurement processes for both prototypes and production as we scale.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to align sourcing with technical requirements and cost targets.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Explore new materials, suppliers, and solutions to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.

Technical Procurement Manager requirements:

  • Motivated by purpose, inspired by impact, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Experienced (5+ years) in technical procurement or supply chain management within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Skilled at sourcing mechanical/electro-mechanical assemblies for new product introduction.
  • Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering cost, quality, and on-time performance.
  • Familiar with interpreting engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
