Technical Sales Manager / Business Development – HVAC / Air Distribution

Let’s be honest. Most “sales” roles in construction and HVAC are about chasing quotes and defending price. This isn’t one of those roles. We’re looking for a technically minded Project Partner – someone with contracts or project management experience – who wants to step into a client-facing role supporting contractors and consultants on complex projects. You’ll guide specification decisions, support delivery, and protect project value from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Projects from Start to Finish
    • Be the trusted partner for contractors and consulting engineers.
    • Guide projects from specification to installation.
    • Attend sites when needed to ensure quality and smooth delivery.
  • Build and Protect Relationships
    • Become the go-to technical contact for your accounts.
    • Help embed solutions into designs at the earliest stage.
    • Represent the business at industry events and workshops.
  • Influence Design and Specification
    • Translate technical knowledge into practical project solutions.
    • Deliver presentations or workshops to demonstrate product benefits.
