About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Site Services Engineer to join our growing team. This isn’t an office role — you’ll be on-site, commissioning Air Conditioning VRV/VRF systems, troubleshooting, and supporting installations across the North West of England. You’ll be based somewhere that allows easy commuting across the North West, with occasional trips further afield to support the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting installations
- Planning your own diary of site visits across your patch
- Traveling between sites (travel time counts as part of your day)
- Occasionally assisting with warranty work at the office
- Completing site summaries and reports
Expectations:
- On-site 4 out of 5 days per week
- Minimum 6 hours on-site per day, plus travel
- Hands-on engineering, not just management
- Laptop and site tools provided
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior engineer on the tools
- Strong commissioning background in Air Conditioning VRV/VRF
- Comfortable traveling across your patch
- Practical, blue-collar mindset — ready to solve problems on-site
What We Offer
- £50,000 salary + company van or car allowance
