About the role

We’re working with a well-established and growing engineering company. They design, install and maintain systems across commercial environments including universities, labs, healthcare and infrastructure. They’re looking for a hands-on Installation Engineer to join the team — ideal for someone early in their electrical career who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term future.

What you’ll be doing

  • Installing gas detection systems on customer sites
  • Working with conduit, trunking, cable tray and cabling
  • Assisting with wiring and basic terminations
  • Travelling to sites across London and the South East
  • Occasional working away (all expenses covered)
  • Completing basic admin (timesheets, reports etc.)

  • Some electrical experience (college, apprenticeship, improver or similar)
  • Comfortable working on-site / hands-on role
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS/ECS card (nice to have, not essential)
