Location: Field-based role covering South UK

Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 basic DOE + uncapped bonus + company van + daily allowance

We are recruiting for a manufacturer of portable equipment that is expanding its UK sales operation and is looking to appoint a Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth across the South of the UK. Operating through an established dealer and reseller network, this is a field-based B2B sales role focused on developing new business relationships, supporting existing partners, and increasing market presence across multiple sectors including industrial, agricultural, hardware, and automotive.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and building long-term commercial relationships.

The Role:

  • Develop and grow dealer and reseller networks across the South UK territory
  • Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive field sales activity
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and account development meetings
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end users
  • Support aftermarket sales and customer service activities where required
  • Work closely with the wider sales team and European leadership group

This role is primarily field-based, with approximately 4 days per week spent visiting customers and prospects. Overnight stays will occasionally be required depending on territory coverage. Fridays are generally reserved for administration and planning from home. Full product training and onboarding will be provided.

Package:
